Permissions determine user access to various areas within the system as described below and work in conjunction with Roles. Permissions can be added and removed individually depending on user abilities and job requirements. Each Role has a default set of permissions.
- Clinical: Activity History, General Client Report, Nursing Notes.
- OnCall: Mobile App access. Requires Primary Phone and completed App Profile.
- Patient Admin: Requires Client Admin role. Add/update patient information.
- Reports Admin: Requires Client Admin role. Reporting portal access.
- User Admin: Requires Client Admin role. Add/update user accounts.
