Once you've created an Activity, you can send it to another user so that they can follow-up with the caller. Be sure to select the appropriate Pending Status for the Activity.
- Click on the On-Call Info tab.
- Scroll down to the list of staff available.
- Locate the correct staff to contact for this issue and click on the Message button below their name.
- Select the appropriate priority for the message, either Urgent or Non-Urgent.
Once you've sent the message, the Message button will change to Update. If you need to update the Activity, add a Follow-Up Note then click the Update button.
