Once you've created an Activity, you can send it to another user so that they can follow-up with the caller. Be sure to select the appropriate Pending Status for the Activity. 

  1. Click on the On-Call Info tab.
  2. Scroll down to the list of staff available. 
  3. Locate the correct staff to contact for this issue and click on the Message button below their name. 
  4. Select the appropriate priority for the message, either Urgent or Non-Urgent

Once you've sent the message, the Message button will change to Update. If you need to update the Activity, add a Follow-Up Note then click the Update button.
