If you are experiencing problems with the app, follow the steps below to report the problem to our support team.

  1. Open the Total Triage app on your phone and tap the 3 bars in the upper right corner. 
  2. Scroll below the list of assignments and tap on the Contact button in the lower right corner. 
  3. On the Send feedback page, describe the issue you are experiencing in the text box.
  4. If you are reporting a problem, leave the Include application logs checkmark. If you are sending a general suggestion, tap the checkmark so that logs are not included. 
  5. Tap the paper airplane in the lower right to send the feedback. 
  6. Tap OK on the Success message.
