The General Client Report provides all patient activity for the timeframe you specify. Use the steps below to run the report. Criteria available are described within the steps.  

  1. Click on the Reports menu.
  2. Select General Client Report.
  3. Select a Client to run the report for. 
  4. Select a Start Date/Time and an End Date/Time.
  5. Select how the report will be ordered. 
    • Patient Name: Results display alphabetically by patient last name.
    • Activity Time: Results display chronologically by the time of the activity.
    • Time + Patient: Results display by activity time and are grouped by patient.
  6. Select Optional Filtersif needed.
    • Patient: You must uncheck the box next to All to use this filter. The report will return results only for the patient you select. 
    • Patient Status:This filter works in two ways. 
      • If you leave the All box checked, the report returns results for all patients with the status you select. 
      • If you uncheck the All box, the results in the Patient search will only display patients with the status you select. You must select the Patient Status before using the Patient search. 
    • CM/OFFICE: Results include only activities with the CM/Office box checked for follow up.
    • Call Code: Results include only activities with the Call Code(s) you select. 
    • Case Manager: Results will include activities for patients with the Case Manager(s) you select.
    • Service: Results include only activities for patients with the Service you select. 
    • Area: Results include only activities for patients with the Area(s) you select.
    • Physician: Results include only activities for patients with the attending Physician(s) you select.
  7. Click on Run Report.
