If you haven't received the email to confirm your CXM account, please check the items below.
- System-generated emails like this are often marked as 'Spam' or 'Junk Mail.' Please check the applicable folder in your mailbox for the email.
- Within the User Details, the email address may have been mistyped. Delete and retype the user's email address to ensure there are no mistakes or unwanted spaces, then click Update User.
NOTE: The email will not resend automatically. Have the user go to our main login page, enter their email address and the temporary password and click Log in. They will see an error informing them that they need to confirm their email address. This will generate the confirmation email.
- If the user still does not receive an email, send an email to email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org and our Support Team can assist you.
