If your organization requires multifactor authentication, you will need to request a code and enter it to log into CXM. 

  1. After entering your Email and Password, then clicking Log in, you'll see a Verification Code screen.

  2. Select the method you would like to use to receive the code, either Phone Code or Email Code, then click Submit.

  3. Enter the code you received and select Remember me if you don't want to be prompted for a code the next time you log in, then click on Submit.
