To access the Reporting Portal, go to https://ahtreport.total.care/ 


You will use the same login information that you use to access CXM to log into the Reporting Portal. This means that if you change your CXM password, it will update in the Reporting Portal as well. 


Your CXM user must have the Client Admin role in order to log into the Reporting Portal. 


The State Detail Report displays how your staff move in and around the app. It displays when the staff logs in, changes status' and logs out. 



1. To run the State Detail Report, click on the icon above State Detail.  You will have an option to filter the dates, staff member and states to exclude. Click the Run Report button:




2. The report will display and include the staff name, staff type, state, assignment, start time and date, end time and date and duration of time the staff was in that state. The report can be downloaded as a CSV file or printed:
