To access the Reporting Portal, go to https://ahtreport.total.care/ 


You will use the same login information that you use to access CXM to log into the Reporting Portal. This means that if you change your CXM password, it will update in the Reporting Portal as well. 


Your CXM user must have the Client Admin role in order to log into the Reporting Portal. 


The State Summary report displays how the staff moves around in the app in a pie chart. 


1. To run the State Summary report, click on the icon named State Summary



2. You will have the option to filter out the report by date, staff and states to exclude. Click on the "Run Report" button:




3. the report will display as a pie chart with a legend on the top:




4. The staff name, state, and duration will display on the bottom. the report can be downloaded as a CSV file or printed:
