To access the Reporting Portal, go to https://ahtreport.total.care/ 


You will use the same login information that you use to access CXM to log into the Reporting Portal. This means that if you change your CXM password, it will update in the Reporting Portal as well. 


Your CXM user must have the Client Admin role in order to log into the Reporting Portal. 


The App Versions Report displays the current version of the app that is downloaded on the staff's phone


1. To run the report, click on the App Versions icon on the reporting portal landing page



2.  The report will display as a bar graph, the staff's name, phone number and which version of the app they have downloaded on their phone will be listed under the bar graph. The report can be downloaded as a CSV file or printed:
