Outbound Dialing: Determines whether the call is masked and recorded. When the setting is modified, the user will see a message indicating either that the call will be masked and recorded or that it won't. This controls which calls are routed through our telephony services and allows us to monitor usage.

1. Go to CXM under the User Settings tab, locate the User name and double click on the staff member's name to change the user settings.

2. Scroll down to the licenses section, enable "Outbound Dialing":

3. Click the "Save" button:

4. In the app, a notification will appear notifying users their caller ID will be masked and the call will be recorded.
