Each user profile needs to have an associated "Provider Type" assigned to the user. A User may have more that one provider type. Each user who will use the mobile app should have a Provider type to link that user to the correct on call information:

  1. In CXM, click the Users tab.
  2. Click on the correct user. Click on their name to bring up their profile. Scroll down to 'Provider Types".
  3. Click on the drop down list and choose the correct Provider type:
  4. Click Add
  5. After selecting the correct Provider type, click the "Create User" or "Save" Button:


        4. A green success banner will appear. Close the User profile window by clicking the "X" in the upper right corner.
