Each user profile needs to have an associated "Provider Type" assigned to the user. A User may have more that one provider type. Each user who will use the mobile app should have a Provider type to link that user to the correct on call information:
- In CXM, click the Users tab.
- Click on the correct user. Click on their name to bring up their profile. Scroll down to 'Provider Types".
- Click on the drop down list and choose the correct Provider type:
- Click Add
- After selecting the correct Provider type, click the "Create User" or "Save" Button:
4. A green success banner will appear. Close the User profile window by clicking the "X" in the upper right corner.
