Logging into the app
For security, we use a dual authentication process for logging in to your phone. We will call or text you a verification code that will complete the installation and login process.
- Enter your 10-digit phone number (no dashes or spaces, only numbers). This is the primary number you use for work, usually your company-issued phone. The phone number you use to log in must be the same as your CXM user's primary phone number.
- Tap Call Me or Text Me to send the 4-digit verification code.
- After you receive the code, tap Verification Code and enter the 4-digit code.
- Tap Register to submit the code and log into the app.
WARNING: If you see a SIGN UP button instead of the verification code prompts, DO NOT PROCEED THROUGH THE SIGN-UP PROCESS. Instead, please contact your system administrator. Your phone number has not yet been linked to your user account in our system or was entered incorrectly.
